Once the various studies have been completed and extensive consultation has been carried out with local residents, Wind Prospect will prepare and lodge an Environmental Effects Statement (EES) Referral to the Minister for Planning who will determine whether an EES is required as part of the planning application process.
Following completion of the various site assessments and studies, an EES or Planning Permit Application will be prepared and lodged with the Minister for Planning.
Community members will have the opportunity to make formal submissions regarding the proposed development during the public notification period as part of the planning process.
