Studies

Detailed site assessments assess potential impacts of the project and support the planning process providing relevant information for the Minister for Planning to assess whether an Environment Effects Statement (EES) is required.  Site assessments that have commenced include:

  • Electromagnetic Interference Assessment
  • Traffic and Access Assessment
  • Aviation Safety Assessment
  • Flora and Fauna Assessment
  • Cultural Heritage Assessment
  • Historical Heritage Assessment
  • Environmental Noise Assessment
  • Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment

Once the final site design is in place, the site assessments can be finalised before the lodgement of a planning permit application.
